Applicable to the Android app "Flashlight Pure" (com.pur.taschenlampe)

1. Principle

Flashlight Pure does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app works entirely offline and requires no registration, no user account, and no email address.

2. No Data Collection

The app does not collect any of the following:

• No personal data (name, email, phone number)
• No location data
• No device identifiers or advertising IDs
• No usage statistics or analytics data
• No crash reports sent to external servers

3. No Tracking SDKs

The app contains no tracking or analytics libraries. Specifically no:

• Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics
• Facebook SDK
• Advertising SDKs or ad networks
• Crash reporting tools (Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.)

4. Permissions

The app does not request any sensitive permissions. The only technical permissions are:

• VIBRATE — for haptic feedback (optional)
• INTERNET — exclusively for Google Play Billing (in-app purchase of the Pro version)

The camera LED is controlled via the CameraManager API, which does not require camera permission.

5. Google Play Billing

For purchasing the Pro version, the app uses Google Play Billing. This transaction is handled entirely by Google. We receive:

• An anonymous purchase receipt (Purchase Token)
• No personal payment data
• No names or email addresses

6. Local Data Storage

Settings (e.g., preferred brightness, theme selection) are stored exclusively locally on the device in SharedPreferences. This data is not synchronized and not backed up (android:allowBackup="false").

The app is suitable for all age groups and does not collect data from children or adults.

8. Changes

If this privacy policy is updated, the date above will be changed. Since the app does not collect data, substantive changes are not expected.
